Questions owners ask.
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. It works alongside whatever you already use for scheduling, invoicing and customer records. You need a Google Calendar and an email address that can forward mail.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every reply waits for your approval before it sends, so you see the draft first and can edit it. If you later trust it with routine questions, you can let those send on their own, but that's always your call.
How fast can I get started?
Most businesses are live within a day: a free 30-minute call to see if it fits, then a 30-minute setup call where we connect everything together.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
There's no long-term contract. Plans are month to month: email us to cancel anytime, and it takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. The setup fee covers getting you set up, so it isn't refundable once you're live.
Can it text my customers?
Text messaging is launching soon and will be added to your account at no extra cost.
Is it for medical records?
No. Elevate handles scheduling and general questions. It isn't built for sensitive health information and isn't HIPAA-compliant.
